One order, start to finish.

Follow a single cash-on-delivery order from the moment it lands to the moment its parcel comes back — and see what Verifai does at each step. Every screen below is drawn from the real app.

1 · The order lands

#1042 arrives. 12 checks run at once.

Elena orders a $128 basket, cash on delivery. Shopify's webhook fires; Verifai reads name, phone, email, address, IP and payment method, and runs every check in parallel. Four seconds later, the order has a score and a reason on each check.

60 out of 100 — Manual Review. Not because of one big problem, but four small ones that add up.

2 · The queue

Risky first. Verified last.

Home is the queue, sorted Rejected → Review → Verified, because verified orders are the ones nobody should have to look at. The reason is on the row; the score's full breakdown is a hover away. A tag on the Shopify order — Manual Review — means the same order shows up in the filters you already use.

Ten stat cards up top filter the queue on a click: Invalid phone, Duplicates, Location mismatch, Cancelled / RTO and so on. An order can carry more than one issue, so they don't sum to the total.

3 · Fix it where you see it

It was a typo. Fix it, and it re-scores.

You call Elena. The ZIP should be 95814 — Sacramento, not Beverly Hills — and the email is gmail, not gamil. Click each red field, correct it, save. Before it touches Shopify, Verifai re-runs the relevant check on the new value and refuses a correction that's still wrong. Then it writes both fixes to the real order and re-scores it in the same click.

Score drops to 20 — Verified. The tag on the order flips. No separate re-verify step, no trip to the admin.

4 · Settings

Tune what "suspicious" means for your store.

Every threshold is a number you can change, with a "How it works" popup that walks through a real example. The defaults are deliberately conservative — 500 km for the IP check, because mobile carriers route through regional gateways and a tight radius flags good customers all day.

Auto-tagging verified orders starts off. Run it a week, watch what it would have cleared, then let it write to real orders unattended.

5 · Products

How many can the warehouse pack today?

The Products screen lays verification counts over your live catalogue — Confirmed, Review, Rejected, Not checked — with a confirmation rate per SKU. "Not checked" is prepaid, shown in grey and never folded into Rejected. Expand a row to see every order behind the number.

6 · The parcel comes back

Shopify forgets. Verifai remembers.

Sharma's parcel from #1046 is returned to origin. The courier tells Shipway; Shipway tells Verifai; it's recorded as a strike against his history. Shopify itself has no idea — the order still just says "fulfilled".

Six weeks on, the same phone number places #1101. The customer-history check finds three lost parcels and Rejects it on its own — the single strongest predictor of a bad COD order, and one only Verifai was keeping.

See it on your own orders.

Install, import your last 60 days, and Verifai will show you what it would have caught — tagging off, nothing written, until you say so.
